Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, only unused items can be returned.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

• Please note, Rejecting delivery does not guarantee the items will automatically be returned to us.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days, and refunds typically appear within 5–8 working days depending on your payment provider.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and in full at checkout.
This includes the correct recipient name, street/house number, apartment/unit number, postcode, city, and country.

If an order is delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

If the item is successfully returned to us, we can offer a refund for the item cost only, once the return has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
